So, must think on their genotypes, blood groups, and metabolise, fats, carbs while prescribing personal nutritional plan for weight loss.

It is always our diet quality that matters not the quantity we consume to manage weight in the long run. Mere concentrate on cutting processed foods and sugars is a futile, instead focus on eating healthy foods like vegetables, and whole grains in abundance which lead to weight loss.
