Fishes like Salmons, sardines, mackerel, and trout are pack of Omega-3 fatty acids, which are good to heart and gives good tone to skin and hair.

6.Ghee:

Consuming a tablespoon ghee, every day is good to our health as it contains butyric acid, a fatty acid which is a detoxifier. Burns excess fats and helps in digestion and reduces the risk of metabolic diseases.

7.Avakado:

It is rich in fats but are mono-saturated. Avocadoes helps increasing good cholesterol and reduces bad cholesterol, as they contain oleic acid.
