You don’t have the appropriate permissions – Power Apps

I’m getting the error message:

The form could not be submitted for the following reasons:

You don’t have the appropriate permissions.

I tried to find out which field that may cause this issue.

I removed all the other field and it seem the Contact field is causing this issue.

I checked the Contact entity permission.

The scope level is set to Global and the 6 privileges are enable ( create, read, write, delete, append, append to).

Finally please remove your form from page and add it again and set your form actions. Hope this one helps.
