Teacher Eligibility Test Education Qualification
Candidates applying for Paper – I, which is conducted for Teachers eligible to teach Class 1 to 5. The candidates who are pursuing final year of any of the Teacher Education Courses need to possess the Intermediate certificate from an institute recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be, and/or the Language Pandit Training Courses
Candidates applying for Paper – II, which is conducted for Teacher eligible to teach Class 6 to 8, need to possess a Graduation Degree (any discipline) from a Recognized University with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) certificate.
