Kesari Milk Recipe – How to make Kesari Milk
Ingredients | |

1/4 tsp | Saffron (kesar) strands |
1 tbsp | Warm low-fat and Milk (99.7% fat-free) |
1 cup | Low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free), Boiled and cooled slightly |
1 tbsp | Chopped almonds (badam) |
1 tbsp | Sugar |
2 tbsp | Chopped pistachios nutrition |
1/2 tsp | Cardamom (elaichi) powder |
Method
- Combine the saffron and the warm milk in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
- Combine the milk, sugar, almonds, saffron-milk mixture, pistachios and cardamom powder in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the milk into 2 small glasses and serve immediately.
