Now a day the trend and patterns of interviews for jobs has been modified.<\/p>\n

Wherever you are, how far you may be, interviewed by phone or by video. Are in other words to say interviewers can detect you from a group or surround you by all sides. If you face them confidently they can invite you in to their firms.<\/p>\n

Main objectives for interviewing a person are to assess their character weather he qualified to the post. According to the requirements of the firm and leadership qualities of the candidate customer service, problem solving skills honesty etc,. can be estimated. Interview process will be changed according to the firm the post applied. Recruiters will inform the type of interview they conduct.<\/p>\n
